Bellooo, I’m Yap Jing Wei as know as Janice. I’m an 18-years-old girl. As a girl, I like to see things that are cute and pretty. By shooting photos, I can capture down all the pretty and beautiful things. Since I was 4, I like to capture a lot of photos with my daddy’s favorite Canon camera. This is due to the reason that I often perform on the stage at other’s weddings since I was a kid. Every wedding definitely has at least a photographer and gradually I started curious about cameras. I feel that it is cool to become a photographer. Then, I always took my dad’s camera to capture a lot of photos, but because I learn it by myself so the photos that I took are not perfect. Since I know photography class is included in the Mass Communication course I am so excited about it. Anyway, below is the 3 best photos take I have taken in Photography class, hope you enjoy it!
Rule of Thrid
This picture is taken in my house with my Huawei P30Lite during CMCO. Although I am stuck in my house and could not go out for taking photos, I still want to get a ‘beach style’ picture. Therefore, I am using lightning to make a reflection on the wall and form a sea reflection. The reason that I want to make the ‘beach style’ photo is that when everyone thinks about the ukulele will definitely imagine the scene that people chill at the beach.
Element of Texture
Next, this photo was taken at the end of September with my Huawei P30Lite. The photo is included a texture element which forms by the stones. The reason that I placed a toy on the stone is that this will show out more clearly about the texture. The emotion of the photo is sad because the photo brings out the story that the toy was alone in a dangerous place.
Element of Line
Lastly, this photo was also taken at the end of September by my Huawei P30Lite at Kwai Chai Hong. This is a chair and it is made of rattan. The reason that I take this photo is that it shows the element of line. This photo let me recall the memory of when I was a kid, my grandmother always sat on her sofa and uses rattan to make baskets, chair, table, and so on. She is a very kind person, whenever she has done an end product, she would not sell it to others instead she gives away to the one who needs it. She told me that we can’t be a person who always thinks about money, we have to be kind because good man rewarded.
