Hi everyone! My name is Mohamed Arshath Farways. I am currently an iACT College student doing Online Diploma in Film and Broadcasting since April 2020 from Negara Brunei Darussalam.
I took this course to learn how to make movies and tv shows because I just love movies soo much, and enjoy lots of films from many regions. I have even made two unscripted short film with my friends back during my high school days.
For this Semester 1, I largely used iPhone XR. Its really good for beginners like me and can even edit 4K videos. In fact, its better than my laptop, which cant even play 4K videos and has broken 120p front camera
My family moved back to India in January 2020. 2020 has been one of the toughest year for me. Without my lecturer, new college friends, and college counselor, I don't think I would have survived this. So, Special Thanks for them and I cant wait to meet you all face to face next year.

Jerudong Park has always been one of my most favorite place to visit in 2000s with my brother and my parents. Back then, I would play there for at least 3 hours, whenever we go there and have dinner at their food court afterward. Throughout the time, the Amusement Park have changed a lot and they have replaced most of their rides with smaller and cheaper rides. I believe, it is because of lack of maintenance and bankruptcy. Nevertheless, It has played a huge part in my childhood, and I am glad that, I was able to experience the classic rides in 2000s. Now that we have reached the end of 2020, I am planning to invite all my Brunei high school friends to Jerudong Park and have a small get together before my second semester.

Pantai Seri Kenangan is my go to place, whenever I feel stressful. It will take only 10-15 minutes to reach the place from my hometown. I would just walk on the beach sand, listening to music and taking random pictures on the way. This was one of my favorite photograph, I found lots of sea shells that day, and brought some home for collection.

For past couple of months, I experienced depression, anxiety, and loneliness. My family moved back to India in January 2020 due to family issues. Before that, My Uncle, Aunt, and all my cousins blocked me in WhatsApp without telling me any reasons in October 2019. I felt very confused and sad. I was acting crazy because of this Online Classes, It was very hard to make new friends or get to know any of my lecturers. It was like I was stuck in January 2020. Whenever I feel bad, I would just leave my house, sit outside at this place near a grocery store and look at all the car passing by and try to release my stress and anxiety. I can't go to beach everyday.
