Welcome to my humble abode! My name is Lydia and I'm currently studying Diploma in Mass Communication at IACT College. I may say I'm more right-brained hence why I have more white hair on the right side of my head (I'm serious). I love making sure my photographs looks satisfying however my skills are not enough to match.
Scroll down and join me on a wild adventure with photography!
In my photography journey, I was someone who would take pictures of the sky and upload it to my social media, admiring the clouds. I would take pictures of random things and try to make it look abstract, adding filters and grain. In recent years, I started to concentrate on taking flat lays, emphasizing on minimalism and clean looks.

For the first few tutorials in my Photography class during semester 2, this is one of the first few pictures I took using my new camera. I experimented with the angles and played around with the lighting.
After what I've learned from class, it seemed that my eyes were opened and I'm seeing everything from another perspective.
I was excited to explore more, to understand more about photography.
Picture of black, white and red Legos. I chose red to signify how uniqueness, dominance and strength can stand out in our plain world.

I have been practicing calligraphy 6 years ago.
In this picture, I incorporated my calligraphy into my flat lay, displaying the highlighter marker's colors.
To me, handwriting is something very unique
because everyone has their own style.
I enjoy my photographs having their own special touch to it.

in pastel and a slightly yellowish notebook to match and balance the white background.

In this picture, I played around with the shapes, making sure the circles balance out the straight lines of the highlighter markers.
I kept everything simple to give it a clean and minimalist look as the product perfectly matches the feel. At the same time, applying the new knowledge I learned in these few months.
Shooting this wasn't easy as I had to make sure the lighting was stable without overexposing the whites' of the highlighter markers. I'm pretty satisfied with this picture and it's my favorite!
Poster of Zebra's Mildliners. I was aiming for an aesthetic composition. Hope I did it right. :)
