This picture features my grandmother during her 80th birthday. in my family, we are always taught to be grateful and to appreciate everyone especially our grandparents. A month before the picture was taken, my grandmother's love of her life passed away and i did not see her smile for a second ever since. until her birthday, she was happy from dusk till dawn. we asked her why and all she said was "我们要学会放下，我知道公公在一个很开心和美丽的地方了。” which means, "we have to learn to let go, because he is in a happy and beautiful place right now."we did not want to get too emotional so we got over it really quick because it was he BIG day afterall! right after that, all of us gave her red packets as a sense of
this is a day worth to remember. it been almost 6 months ever since i had online classes and i havent got a chance to see all my classmates. until that day. it was for a photography assignment and all of us decided that we wanted to do it together as it would be more fun and exciting. we wanted the day to be quick as the Coronavirus cases kept spiking up. the day started off pretty awkward but the ice broke in no time! everyone could not stop talking. it was one of the best highlights of 2020 i'd say.
this is another picture featuring my sisters taken in Kuala Lumpur. it was the first time that we actually hung out ever since the pandemic started. they even agreed on being my model for one of my assignments. we spent more than 5 hours looking for a nice place to take pictures but most of them were closed due to the Covid-19 situation. it wasn't that much of a productive day but at least i got what i wanted.
