Hi! I'm Tee I'm turning seventeen and I'm a second sem graphic design student. I'm Malaysian-Taiwanese but I was born and raised in England until roughly two years ago I moved to Sabah, Malaysia and I now study at IACT college in Petaling Jaya. Growing up with so many different cultures and experiences has shaped and molded me into the person I am today.
I grew up with a love for art in all it's forms: music, photography, illustration etc. Despite my disappointment with the how the pandemic brought on online classes, I was still super excited to explore that passion for photography this semester.
Inspiration
These three shots were taken very spontaneously. The first and third shot were taken in a bar in Kota Kinabalu when hanging out with friends. These shots remind me to always be aware of the people and environments I put myself in and to ensure they are always encouraging and cultivating my passions and creativity.
Comfort
The middle shot was taken on the first day of RMCO at a beach. I had missed the feeling of the beautiful Borneon sunsets on my skin with the feeling of sand between my toes. It was truly a breath of fresh air and felt like a new beginning.

Good Vibes
This shot was taken on a spontaneous road trip with friends. The destination was uncertain and we were making it up as we go along but the important part was that we were all having fun together; singing songs in the car, running around in the blazing sun with seawater caressing our feet.
It reminds us to appreciate the people in our lives and to live for the good times.

Friendship
Moving to Malaysia was difficult for me. It was mentally challenging and the new environment was daunting. It wasn't until I opened myself up and made true friends that this place started to feel more like home.
I hope I always remember to be open to new experiences and to allow myself to lean on others during the hard times.
