INTRODUCTION

Hi there, my name is Melvin Moo Wei Han and I'm a graphic design student at IACT. I'm going to be eighteen this year and life is moving really fast for me. I was raised by a well educated father who grew up in a cemetery and a mother with friendly and loving personality. Sadly I was born a lazy naughty boy who never understood the purpose of having good academics.

My heart's desire has always been photography, sketching, origami or anything that allows my mind to flow easily. Because my parents knew that I have a mind of a crazy creative creature and instead of forcing me to study, they taught me to follow my dreams.

Photography to me is a way to express yourself or to inspire another person. A picture can have a million meanings to it, some shallow and some extremely deep.

So without further or due, welcome to the products of my heart!

That's me

So this is how I look today, or at least how I looked like during the MCO period. And yes after rubbing sushi with my eyes, I got blind and now have to suffer with wearing spectacles. How convenient. But anyway, let me share with you my life during this period.

A lot of us just wants to chill and binge watch some comedy series but after a long period of time, you won't be satisfied. So I started thinking and wondering how can one be truly happy. I reflected back through the happiest moments in my life and I realized that it wasn't going to overseas for a holiday or playing games that made me happy, it was when I helped my junior scouts to learn and inspire them. And that was how I found my purpose in life.

Life is filled with colors.

Our creators has given us the power to see this magical things that we call as "colors". And I believe that everything our creators do, has a reason behind it. Each individual colors expresses a special kind of energy and vibration to our lives.

Without these unique colors, our everyday life would lose it's meaning and nothing in this world can reveal it's true colors.

The angle of life.

Many has debated whether life is about the journey or the end goal. Just like how many photographers would say that the angle or the lens of a camera is what makes a picture perfect.

Well their not wrong but no matter what expensive lens you buy or any angle you take, because it will never be nice until you find the right subject and content.

Inner peace

We as humans have the capability to see, but what we don't see is the spiritual truth of life. We will forever be blinded by the materialistic world until we reach the hidden roots of ourselves.

Sit back, deep breathes, let your thoughts flow and accept the fact that life is the way it is. You will touch many painful cactuses through this path, but surely, you will find inner peace within your soul.

The Sharingan

Sharingan translates to copy wheel eye. Most people think that the sharingan is just some anime superpower, but what we never realized is that we all have been using the sharingan our entire life.

The way we dress ourselves, the way we behave, the way we talk and do things is all under our unconscious sharingan as monkey see, monkey do. The sharingan can be a powerful tool if used wisely.

Peer pressure is real. Watch out.
